Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from crossfashions.nl. Nothing here reduces the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch and EU law — where the two conflict, the law wins.

1. Who you are buying from

Crossfashions, registered in the Netherlands. KVK 98091379, BTW NL823807071B01. Registered address: Ton Albertsstraat 82, 2662 EC Bergschenhoek, Netherlands. Contact: info@crossfashions.nl.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately and added at checkout, before you pay.

We try to keep prices accurate. If a price is obviously wrong — a clear mispricing rather than a good deal — we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. How a contract is formed

Adding items to your basket does not create a contract. When you place an order we send an acknowledgement, which confirms we received it. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example the item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Payment

We accept iDEAL, Credit and debit card, Bancontact. Payments are processed by Mollie. We do not see or store your card details. Payment is taken when you place the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the European Union. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

If we have not delivered within 30 days, you may give us a reasonable further period, and if we still fail to deliver, cancel and get a full refund.

6. Returns and cancellation

You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, and our own policy gives you 30 days with return postage paid. The detail, including the narrow set of items that cannot be returned, is on our returns page.

7. If something is wrong with your order

Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. These rights last longer than the returns window and are not affected by it.

8. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or to break these terms. You can close your account at any time.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Intellectual property

The designs, photography, text and prints on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

11. Complaints and disputes

Tell us first — info@crossfashions.nl — and we will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the matter to the Dutch consumer authority or to the competent court.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
